Annual Pumpkin Festival, October 7, in East Petersburg Community Park

Our town of East Petersburg is preparing for our annual Pumpkin Festival on Saturday, October 7th, 2017. This free and family friendly Pumpkin Festival will be taking place from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., in the East Petersburg Community Park.

The first three hundred kids in attendance will receive free pumpkins to decorate in the East Petersburg Community Center! In addition to pumpkin decorating, other activities of the day will include free attractions like; tractor-driven hayrides, barrel train rides, a bounce house, hot apple cider, Pennsy Supply’s Mining for Toys, and more. You will also be able to purchase food from a stand sponsored by the local favorite, Simply Greek.

East Petersburg Community Park is located at 6051 Pine Street in East Petersburg, PA.

Our town’s Pumpkin Festival is made possible and free, through the sponsorship of Lancaster Toyota, Fulton Bank, and East Petersburg Mennonite Church.

This annual Pumpkin Festival is hosted by the East Petersburg Events Committee. The East Petersburg Events Committee is focused on fostering community and town spirit through quality family friendly events that are free to the public. This group of volunteers raising support from sponsors, and uses no tax-money for their events.

East Petersburg is an emerging main street community that is home to paved walking trails, a growing park system, and many places to eat.
